Starling Murmuration Brighton

Brighton Beach, City of Brighton & Hove, East Sussex, UK. Starlings in the evening maturation viewed from Brighton Beach. Recently the murmeration has split into small groups after Peregrine Falcons have been hunting them. This is an interesting change of habit and strategy to avoid the attacks by gliding just above the surface of the waves between the two piers of Brighton & Hove, before roosting underneath Brighton Palace Pier. 6th February 2023
